The road to recovery. Permanent natural solution to  premature ejaculation


I'm glad you made it here.

I remember when I was first dealing with premature ejaculation, it was a daunting and overwhelming task simply to sift through everything out there on the web regarding this issue.

There are absolutely countless offers, promotions, and advice for curing premature ejaculation online today. And honestly, after trying many and sifting through so many more, I have to say that most are false and misleading. And a "cure" that may work for one person may be the worst route for another to take.
In this article, I'm simply going to describe what my problems were and how i  dealt with them. And then I'm going to help you to identify your specific problem in relation to premature ejaculation and the good route for YOU....(and only you) will be to take.

-Now let's discuss what my own problems were and see if they apply to your situation. If they do, then maybe the route I took could be the perfect one for you as well.---

My PE (premature ejaculation) existed in all aspects of my arousal. It wasn't just in the actual "doing of the deed" (as i like to call it).

I experienced quick and unsatisfying ejaculation every time I was aroused. It would happen with:

1. Masturbation/self stimulation
2. Foreplay
3. Sensual touch/kissing
4. Sex
5. and even certain vibrations from everyday occurrences!!! (more on this later)

In all these instances, I had SO much trouble with controlling my urge to ejaculate. I noticed that the time from the initial arousal to the "point of no return" was way too quick and always always always left a "bad taste in my mouth" and a looming cloud of disappointment around me and especially my girlfriend or lover at the time.

With masturbation and self stimulation I always had problems keeping my control, even in my attempts at practicing that control. After the first 30 seconds of arousal I would quickly reach "the point of no return" and would have to immediately stop all movement and focus on pushing the urge down. In most cases, I would spill anyways very quickly.

With Foreplay and kissing with my partner, there were many times where I would reach "the point of no return" and ejaculate before i even had the chance to enter into her. This was so extremely embarrassing. It didn't matter who the partner was, how "hot" she was, or how good she was at stimulating me, I would still ejaculate before the chance to really get anywhere sexually. (sometimes I would ejaculate before my clothes were even off-----this was so embarrassing and made me want to steer clear from sex altogether)

With sex, well you can assume that I was able to have very little of it. And if I was able to get to it (often 20 minutes after my first ejaculation and on to round 2) I still then was quickly overstimulated and came after the first 30 seconds-1 minute of thrusting.

Another interesting phenomenon I found at various stages in my life was that certain "vibrations" would trigger me to ejaculate WITHOUT EVEN HAVING A FULL ERECTION! There were times where I'd be riding on a bus and the rumble and purring of the engine would set me off and I'd start to cum.

So.........

After doing research, I learned that 30-40% of all males suffer from Premature Ejaculation. And this includes over 50 million American men. And this number could possible be higher with some men who have problems here and there but are not chronic sufferers. This was somewhat of a relief because I knew i wasn't alone out there. But at the same time, I knew I was a chronic sufferer and had to find a cure quick! And to be honest there were so many misleading and vague information on the subject. I wanted s bad to end this nonsense and was willing to do anything to stop it so that I could lead a normal and fulfilling sex life and romantic relationship with my partner.

With further research this is what I found people to be saying could help. Some of these things I have tried and will discuss in further detail, (some i have yet to try but I will discuss them and they may be of use to you):


1. Kegel exercises
2. Breathing exercises
3. Anti depressant drugs
4. Drugs/supplements that control serotonin levels in your brain (5 HTP, GABA etc)
5. Anti anxiety medication
6. Muscle relaxers
7. Herbal remedies (st john's wort, valerian root, avena sativa, ginseng, ginko)
8. Self hypnosis
9. Stop/Start techniques
10. Male enhancement pills (like yogaburn,Vigrx, Orexis, viagra, climinax, etc etc)
11. Anti histamines



Addressing numbers 1 and 2: I believe these to be extremely important for all PE sufferers....and honestly for anyone sexually active. I think these two exercises will help anyone and everyone to learn control over their bodies and to be in tune with your bodies functions and signals.

Kegel Exercises strengthen your PC muscle. Your PC muscle is the muscle responsible for the intense contractions you feel when you reach orgasm and ejaculate. There are two different types of Kegel exercises. Regular Kegels and Reverse Kegels.

Regular Kegel exercises are done by clenching your PC muscle. (You can find this technique initially by stopping the flow of your urine when peeing). This is the muscle we're talking about and what you need to master. I like to do different types of Kegels several times a day. I'll do a set of 10 where I'll clench the muscle quickly and then rest for 5 minutes and then do it again. I also like to do slow sets of 10 where I'll clench it in slowly and try to hold it for as long as possible and then release it just as slowly. Do these exercises maybe twice or three times a day. It will be difficult at first but when you start to master them you will begin a new control over your muscle and will make your first step towards curing your PE.

Reverse Kegels--- are the opposite movement of your PC muscle. Instead of clenching your PC in tight, you "release" and "relax" the muscle in the opposite direction. To locate this sensation....it is the same movement the muscle makes when you force your pee out while urinating. At first this is a very awkward sensation when you are just sitting at your desk and you don't actually have to pee but are making that kind of movement with your PC muscle. Do a similar set as you do for regular Kegels. Maybe twice a day. When doing these try to slowly let out your PC muscle with a deep exhale and hold it. This will greatly aid you during intercourse and masturbation. When you feel the urge to ejaculate coming, do a reverse Kegel to relax your PC muscle. If successful this will allow you to keep going and will increase your stamina 10 fold.

Please re read the above sections. The most important part of these exercises is that they will help you to understand the functioning of your body and you will begin to have control over these functions!!!

Breathing---

Deep breathing is key to mastering premature ejaculation. And its very simple. The deeper you breath, the more blood will be flowing throughout your body. It also aids in cooling yourself off as you get more and more aroused and closer to your point of ejaculation. So many men try to stay silent and "focused" while having intercourse, being so wrapped up in to their own movements and the anxiety of trying to please their partner that they forget to relax and let go. Breath deep and this will be the first step to gaining control.


Now, discussing the other cures on the list. I have only tried a few of them. And these are the ones that helped me. Along with the above techniques of breathing and kegel exercises, anit anxiety, herbal remedies,stop start, and ant histamines are the techniques that have aided me in my cure.

The stop start technique
. Well, this is kind of a common sense tactic. If you are having intercourse and you feel the urge to cum, you stop your movements and wait for the urge to pass. And then you start up again. And then repeat and repeat. Right? Well, yes. But, it is so easier said then done and it is not exactly enjoyable for either you or your partner. (mostly your partner). Sometimes you don't have as much control over a sexual situation as you think. Your partner may be very hot and heavy, and if you haven't discussed your PE problems, she's gonna be "going for it" when you are going to be wanting to start and stop. Pause and Play. But nonetheless, with the combinations of the above techniques and others to be discussed, you can make this a seamless act and not have to be so abrupt with it. You can slow down, do a reverse kegel, breath deep.....and then start up again. You wont have to stop, pull out, close your eyes, pause everything that's happening around you and make the whole act be awkward in any way.

Natural Herbal relaxers/detensioners/and enhancers. Anxiety is a huge factor in what causes PE. We worry about pleasing our partner, our own performance, and since we already are aware of our problem, we mostly worry about that.

Things that have helped me with anxiety are Valerian Root, St John's Wort, and Kava Kava. Now, there are many pharmacuticals out there that combat anxiety, but I like to stick to herbal remedies because that's just my style. There may be something that works better for you, and you should use it if it does. When your mind is relaxed and you are at ease with yourself, then you can more easily focus on controlling your urge to ejaculate. Before you have intercourse, or if you are practicing with masturbation, drink a cup of tension tamer, or good mood tea, or take a calming supplement, and see if it helps with you in controlling your PE.

Another good herbal supplement is Ginko Biloba. This herb aids in the blood flow throughout your body. It is mostly advertised to aid in mental functions because of the increased blood flow to your brain, but it also helps with the blood flow to your penis and PC muscle. Try taking this supplement everyday. Or if you don't wish to do that, try taking it 30 minutes before you have intercourse or engage in sexual activity. It will bring more blood down to that area which will aid in not only a harder erection, but also in a greater control of your PC muslce.

Last, I'll talk about anti histamines. In my research and quest for the cure to my PE, i discovered an interesting fact about histamine levels in the human body. People who suffer from not being able to reach orgasm (which occurs mostly in some women), have been discovered to have a low histamine level in their body. Reversly, people with a high level of histamine in their body have orgasms, but have them very easily and quickly. I.E. Men who suffer from Premature Ejaculation!!! It is believed that high histamine levels in the body can cause spasticity of the muscles. This was a profound discovery for me. And when i learned this, I immediately went out and bought some ant histamines to see if it might help me. And .....it has. I had such a case of PE that my PC muscle was overly spastic and my penis was overly sensitive. Bring the histamine level down in my body has helped to take away some of that sensitivity and to calm my PC muscle. If this is is something you are willing to try I would take something like Zyrtec. You could also try a combination of these: L-methionine, magnesium, and vitamin B6. (500mg L-meth, 250 magnesium, 50mg B6). You must be careful though with taking something that will alter your body like this. And you must experiment to see what works for you! If you have negative side effects try less of a dosage or stop all together and try something else.


 
These are the things that have helped me. And what I've truly been able to notice is that it is not just one thing, not one simple cure, but a combination of several. I have not tried anti depressants, Serotonin boosters, or traditional male enhancements like Vigrx because I am wary of them. BUT they may work for you!! Remember that.
